- Paid — chasing stops· Day 9 · $4,200 collected
Payment detected within minutes. Every reminder stops on its own.
Your biggest unpaid bill is the one owed to you.
For a small B2B shop, a few late invoices can be more cash than a month of new sales. It's already yours. It just needs someone to go get it.
The work is done. The cash isn't in.
You finished the job weeks ago. The invoice went out. Now it sits there, past due, while you cover payroll out of pocket.
Chasing it is the job you hate most.
Writing the awkward follow-up. Sending the third reminder. Wondering if you sound pushy. It always slides to the bottom of the list.
So it quietly never happens.
An invoice you don't chase is a discount you didn't mean to give. Every week it ages, the odds of getting paid drop.
Connect it once. Then it goes and gets your money.
No new app for your customers. No awkward calls for you. AI Secretary works the late payers; you watch the dashboard.
Connect your invoices
Link Stripe or Xero, or just upload a CSV. AI Secretary pulls in every open and overdue invoice — who owes, how much, and the due date. Setup takes a few minutes.
It chases — email and text
On a polite schedule, AI Secretary follows up with each late payer by email and text, every message from your own billing address with a one-tap pay link. Calling hours and frequency caps are built in.
AI call — only with consent
If a payer has agreed to calls (or it's a business landline), AI Secretary can escalate to a call that states your name, the invoice, and an immediate opt-out. It's an escalation, never the headline. Off until you turn it on.
You get paid — chasing stops
The moment a payment lands, AI Secretary detects it within minutes and stops every reminder on its own. Anything that needs a human — a dispute, a payment-plan ask — gets handed straight to you.
Email and text are the workhorses. AI calls are a consent-gated escalation — never sent to a mobile without consent on file, never overpromised.
Reminders come from your own billing desk.
Every message goes out from invoice@billing.yourcompany.com — your name, your domain. To the late payer it reads like a note from your own billing department, because that’s exactly what it is. No third-party agency name attached to your customer relationship.
- Stays first-party: it's your billing desk reaching out, not an outside collector.
- A one-time DNS setup stands up the address — or you can start same-day with a display-name mailbox while DNS finishes.
- Replies route straight back to your dashboard, classified and ready for you to see.
It looks like a note from your own billing desk — because that’s exactly what it is. No third-party agency name, ever.

Maple & Co. Design replied: “Can we split this into two payments?”
AI Secretary paused the chase and flagged it for you. Reply, approve a plan, or take it from here.
One screen. The money comes to you.
Open the dashboard and see every open invoice: how overdue it is, how much is owed, how many times it’s been chased, and what happens next. Click any one to read every message sent and every reply.
When a payer disputes, asks for a plan, or says they already paid, AI Secretary stops the chase and drops it in a needs-you queue with the full thread. Your only job is to approve, override, and watch the balance fall.
One flat monthly fee. No cut of what it collects.
Priced by how many invoices it’s chasing, not a percentage of your money. Recover one stuck invoice and it’s usually paid for the month. Final pricing is set during onboarding once it’s clear how many invoices you carry.
- Connect Stripe, Xero, or a CSV — every open invoice pulled in
- Email + text follow-ups from your own branded billing address
- Stops the second a payment lands; disputes handed to you
- Consent-gated AI calls available as an escalation

Does this chase businesses or consumers?
Business-to-business invoices first — chasing money another business owes you. That's the path that's live today. Consumer collections (chasing individuals) is built but turned off until the licensing and sign-off for your state clears, because chasing consumers carries extra rules. AI Secretary routes each invoice by what you attest it is, so the B2B work starts right away.
What if they already paid?
AI Secretary watches for the payment and stops the second it lands — usually within minutes of the money clearing. If a payer replies "I already paid" before the system catches it, that reply is classified, the chase pauses immediately, and it's flagged for you to confirm. No one gets a reminder for an invoice that's settled.
Do you take the payment, or hold my money?
No. Payments go straight to you, through your existing pay link or invoice. AI Secretary never touches the money and never holds funds — it only sends the reminders and detects when you've been paid. You keep every dollar it recovers.
Will my customer know it isn't me sending these?
Reminders go out from your own branded billing address and read as a note from your billing desk — first-party, never a third-party agency name. AI Secretary keeps the tone polite and professional so the relationship stays intact. The goal is to get you paid without you having to be the bad guy.
Are the AI phone calls going to spam people?
No. Calls are an escalation, not the default, and they only fire when there's documented consent on file or it's a verified business landline — never to a mobile without consent. Each call opens with your business name and an immediate opt-out, inside legal calling hours. You can leave calls off entirely and run on email and text alone.
What accounting tools does it connect to?
Stripe and Xero at launch, plus a CSV upload that works no matter what you bill with. More direct connections are on the way. During onboarding you'll see exactly what's wired up before anything goes out.
Stop writing the awkward reminder. Let it get you paid.
Connect your invoices and AI Secretary starts chasing the late ones from your own billing address — and stops the second they pay.
