Requires BOTH a connected HubSpot portal and a connected Slack workspace; the install flow shows separate "Connect" buttons for each. The bot must be invited to the destination Slack channel before install. v1 alerts on every new contact regardless of stage; if you want stage-filtering or score-gating, install once per stage with separate channels.
